Our Commitment

Quality Policy

At Lomash Chemical Industries, quality is embedded in every stage of our manufacturing process. We hold ourselves to the highest purity standards to deliver Ferric Chloride that our customers can trust without compromise.

Our Quality Statement

Lomash Chemical Industries is dedicated to manufacturing Ferric Chloride of the highest purity standards. We pledge to consistently meet and exceed customer specifications through disciplined process control, ongoing investment in laboratory capabilities, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Our goal is to be the preferred supplier for water treatment authorities, industrial processors, and global distributors who demand reliability, consistency, and full regulatory compliance in every batch we produce.

Certifications & Accreditations

Our quality management system and products are certified by globally recognized bodies, affirming our adherence to international manufacturing and safety benchmarks.

ISO 9001:2015

Quality Management System

Our facility operates under a certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. This covers all aspects of our operations including procurement, production, testing, storage, and dispatch, ensuring that every process is documented, monitored, and continuously refined.

NSF/ANSI 60

Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals

Our Ferric Chloride products are certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60, the benchmark for chemicals used in treating drinking water. This certification confirms that our products do not contribute contaminants at levels that could cause adverse health effects when used at maximum dosage levels.

Our Quality Control Process

A rigorous multi-stage quality control protocol governs every production run, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency and full traceability throughout the supply chain.

1

Raw Material Testing

Every incoming batch of raw materials is sampled and analyzed in our laboratory before acceptance. We verify chemical composition, purity percentages, and physical characteristics against pre-defined acceptance criteria.

2

In-Process Controls

During manufacturing, our technicians perform scheduled sampling at critical control points. Temperature, concentration, reaction time, and pH levels are monitored continuously to maintain optimal process conditions.

3

Finished Product Analysis

Completed batches undergo comprehensive laboratory testing covering FeCl3 content, insoluble matter, free acid levels, heavy metal traces, and specific gravity measurements before clearance for packaging.

4

COA with Every Shipment

A Certificate of Analysis is generated for each batch and shipped alongside the consignment. This document provides full analytical results, batch identification, manufacturing date, and test method references.

Laboratory Facilities

Our in-house analytical laboratory is outfitted with modern instrumentation capable of performing precise chemical and physical analyses. Trained chemists conduct testing following established standard operating procedures aligned with IS, ASTM, and APHA methodologies.

  • Titration apparatus for FeCl3 assay and free acid determination
  • Spectrophotometric analysis for trace metal detection
  • Gravimetric equipment for insoluble matter quantification
  • pH meters, density hydrometers, and moisture analyzers
  • Calibrated balances and temperature-controlled drying ovens

Continuous Improvement

We believe that quality is not a destination but an ongoing pursuit. Our management conducts periodic reviews of quality objectives, process efficiency, customer feedback, and non-conformance reports to identify areas for improvement.
